KUALA LUMPUR: Optimax Holdings Bhd has secured approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) for the proposed transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday (Sept 22), the private eye specialist provider which was listed on ACE market in August 2020, said the market capitalisation of the company is approximately RM410.89 million, based on the number of issued shares of Optimax, of 540 million shares.
